Sprague On Racing at New Hampshire International Speedway:

“I love New Hampshire. It’s been a great track for me. I’ve got a win there, and I have had a lot of really good runs there. I don’t know what it is, but I love racing there. I’ve always liked flat tracks, so New Hampshire is right up my alley. It’s a driver’s track. Getting into the corner is key to setting up passes, and track position is key. So, the Con-way Freight pit crew will have to be on top of their game, too. Although I have a win, I also had a few second-place finishes at New Hampshire. The track owes me another win, so New Hampshire would be the perfect place for the No. 60 Con-way Freight Toyota to get back to Victory Lane.”

Career at New Hampshire International Speedway:

Sprague has eight career starts at New Hampshire International in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. In eight starts, Sprague has scored three poles, one win and three runner-up finishes. Sprague has six top-10 finishes in the trucks at the one-mile flat track. He also has a third-place finish at the track in Busch Series competition.

Con-way Freight Champion Drivers – Sprague and Dale Duncan:

Three-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Jack Sprague has 26 career wins and 28 career poles in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. With one win in the No. 60 Con-way Freight Toyota this season (Memphis), Sprague and his Wyler Racing team is hungry for more victories. After all, sponsor Con-way Freight is used to having winning drivers.

Dale Duncan, a driver for less-than-truckload freight carrier Con-way Freight, a subsidiary of Con-way Inc., was named the best truck driver in America in late August when he won the grand champion title at the National Truck Driving Championships held this past weekend in New Orleans. Duncan, from Chula Vista, California, is the first Con-way driver to win the “Best of the Best” title.

“I’ve gone to a couple of the Con-way driver championships this year, and so did (crew chief) Tony Furr. It’s pretty incredible to watch these guys maneuver those Con-way trucks with as much ease as they do,” Sprague said. “What Dale Duncan accomplished is pretty incredible. He is a true champion, and I am proud to carry the Con-way colors on my truck for him and other drivers across the country. I hope that the No. 60 Wyler Racing team can continue to deliver race wins and another driving championship to Con-way Freight in the future.”
