Jack Sprague on Racing at Milwaukee’s One-Mile Oval:
“Milwaukee is a track that really suits my driving style,” said Sprague. “I have had some good runs there in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) over the years. It’s a driver’s track and is pretty unique being virtually flat. I always look forward to racing at Milwaukee. It would be great to take our Con-way Freight Toyota to Victory Lane this weekend, especially since the race is sponsored by Toyota.”
Jack Sprague’s Impressive Stats at Milwaukee:
To say Jack Sprague’s statistics at The Milwaukee Mile are impressive would be an understatement. Extraordinary may be a better way to define his success at the one-mile oval, but his remarkable achievements certainly speak for themselves. Sprague has raced in 10 of 11 NCTS events at the fairgrounds and has four poles to his name. As a matter of fact, Sprague has never started outside of the top-10 at The Milwaukee Mile.
Jack Sprague on Racing in a One-Day Show:
“Running a one-day event somewhat separates the teams that are really on their game from the team’s that may be struggling,” explained Sprague. “I think my Con-way Freight team is on their game. We won at Daytona earlier this year and I have a lot of confidence going into Milwaukee.”
Milwaukee Marks Memorable Weekend for the Wyler’s:
The Toyota Tundra Milwaukee 200 will mark the second anniversary for Wyler Racing. In 2005, the father and son duo of Jeff and David Wyler formed Wyler Racing and entered their first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Milwaukee, with driver, Chad Chaffin. “Running a partial schedule in 2005 was a way to prepare us for all the demands of a competitive series,” said Jeff Wyler. “When we decided to start a NASCAR team it happened in a blink of an eye. We had looked at our options for several years, but in a matter of days it was a reality. Our team was literally born overnight. During our first season, we took our time to establish ourselves while looking for a winning sponsor and driver combination. We have found that in Con-way Freight and Jack Sprague.”
Jack Sprague on Racing for the Wyler’s:
“I am impressed with what Jeff and David Wyler have been able to accomplish in such a short amount of time,” said Sprague. “I am proud to be a part of this team and to be associated with Jeff and David Wyler. This team is really amazing. Between the trucks Toyota supplies us with, the leadership from Tony Furr, all the guys on the team, and the support from the Wyler's and our sponsor, Con-way Freight – it’s just incredible. It’s only a matter of time before I get my forth Championship and first for Wyler Racing and Con-way Freight.”
Jack Sprague Signs the Hampton Inn of Milwaukee-Northwest:
